“They worked well with what we could pay. Without the loss of quality of care, for my felines. And we’re very understanding of my concern for my hurt kitty. I had to bring in a couple of them over the years. And their walk in times seems to be perfect, cause I never needed to take them in on a emergency walk in any other days. Once I was able to get a same day appointment. So they can be very flexible. And are very good with medication refills.. Once on the weekend also. But that was our fault. I didn’t know we had ran out then ‘ my dad skipped a day or two on giving his cats her meds’. Thankfully they were there for us/the cat.”

“The entire staff was very warm and receptive throughout our recent, middle-of-the-night emergency visit. They helped check out our little Nelson promptly, took the time necessary to thoroughly explain possible areas of concern, and presented us with options which allowed us to make an informed decision. Our entire experience was positive and we felt the staff was professional and courteous to the highest degree. From now on, this will be our go to care provider when time is of the essence. *side note- We’ve read many negative reviews of this business (which it is just that, a business with employees whom all need to get paid). Surprisingly enough, the majority of these negative reviews seem to center on financial concerns. We felt that the price we were presented with was both reasonable and affordable, especially considering the nature and timing of our visit. Don’t let these naysayers keep you from receiving excellent, professional care.”
