As a medical transport driver I went into this place and it seemed clean and nice. Numbers are large and has signs to guide you to the right lot unit so it makes it very friendly for delivery drivers. I can't give it a five stars only because I do not live here

Helped a friend get her stuff packed in a Penske truck so she can move back home in California.
Her home in this neighborhood though... Is super cute and the neighborhood is very clean, nice and quiet.

We love our new winter home. People are friendly, come over introduce self and help answer questions like what day is garbage day. Very clean park, and just the right size for us. Properties are not on top of each other, huge plus. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Be back in October 2021.

My friend's mom lives in this park and I've visited several times. I must say it is VERY well kept. Everyone's home is neat and groomed nicely. There's always a landscaper trimming the trees or maintenance servicing. I like seeing this and seeing active seniors around. It gives you a friendly feeling

I have family and friends that live in this park. We were just there this past week. It’s a nice park; clean, with a heated pool. I wanted to live here when I retire, but the lot rent is very expensive!
