Delivered on Monday morning, park on the street walk your paperwork to the guard shack so you don’t block traffic in or out. I was assigned a door and unloaded in record time. Your paperwork will be signed on your way in. It is a little bit tight going in or out make sure you swing wide. Good luck and keep trucking
Never have met a person that knew so much about tile and flooring. Amazing wonderful and refreshing. Will always take my business to this store.
Nice well stocked carpet store
Friendly people.
I had all my carpet torn out. Vinyl planking was installed.
I had a limited amount of time and they moved Heaven and Earth to make it work.
It took three days to install and looks absolutely fantastic!
I was gone for two of the days because of work.
The installer, Saul, did a fantastic job.
I would highly recommend this business.
Great customer service and friendly staff. We worked with Ken to have carpet replaced in our home. He managed to have an installer come to our property the day after the area was measured. This was important because we needed a quick turn around. In addition, Carpet &Tile Junction had competitive prices. I would definitely recommend them over big box stores and any other carpet place in the area.
I found Carpet and Tile Junction here and decided to talk with them, just because they are close. Ken Patel has been in the flooring business most of his life and is very experienced. He knows his products thoroughly and makes excellent recommendations. His price is reasonable. I selected his recommendation and decided to have all the floors in my house replaced and I am thoroughly pleased with the result. He has a few installation teams. Jim installed our floors. He has been installing floors for thirty years and is very competent and particular in his work. I had considered doing the job myself and am extremely happy that I chose to have a professional do the job. I moved all of the small stuff in the house, but Jim moved the large furniture and appliances as he worked. I did have to disconnect my gas stove because they are not allowed to do that.
I am extremely pleased with selecting Carpet and Tile Junction to replace my flooring and would strongly recommend them to everyone. You may find cheaper flooring, but not a better product nor a better company to work with.
Something told me they’d have something but had to go to this location which has significantly more than the lewisville store. Was just looking for something that looked good but was functional yet to carry in firewood from outside. Somehow I still couldn’t get out without some form of chocolate...🤭
Here’s something that I didn’t know! After spending time running from one Tuesday Morning to another trying to find more of the same product, an employee asked why I didn’t just go to the, “warehouse”? Well, technically speaking I don’t think they call it a warehouse but it should be! It’s huge for a Tuesday Morning. I’ve been several times and I’ve yet to make it to the back room with furniture and rugs! Every customer I’ve met there says the same thing, you walk in and get so caught up you forget the time. I’ve yet to meet an employee that didn’t go out of their way to be helpful, offer to bring you a cart, make certain that your breakables were wrapped well in paper, etc.
This is the biggest Tuesday Morning in the Dallas area -- it's huge! Easily 4x the size of a normal store. And they have everything: furniture, rugs, mirrors, art, food, kitchen stuff, seasonal decorations, bedding, bath accessories, you name it. Just make sure you allocate enough time for your first visit; there's a lot to see. They have a wide entrance ramp to accommodate large pieces (and several people brought moving vans during my shopping trip).
