They were very thoughtful and helpful with my matter which was retrieving some very old court records.

My mother-in-law's neighbors were harassing her almost non-stop over a property line dispute. For some strange reason, they both felt that her yard should be forfeited to her western neighbor. When she refused, they began making routine threats; usually when they were drunk. On many occasions they attacked/harassed my husband whenever he was doing yard work in her front yard. They would not stop even after we bought several security cameras to record their behavior. Not even the Avondale Police would do anything to help us. We had no choice but request for an injunction against harassment. After the injunction was granted, their harassment decreased. Thank god for Judge Jennings and the staff at Avondale City Court. They wasted no time in hearing our complaint and acting on the injunction.

The staff and the judge showed us respect and consideration regarding our crises. My elderly mother suffers from severe COPD and it was difficult protecting her during the pandemic. They also called us and kept us updated on what we needed to know to proceed. The organizational culture is professional and impartial. The courthouse is always clean and immaculate.
