The attention to detail and the ambience cultivated by the owner and teachers is everything you could ask. So welcoming. Feels more like stepping into a home than a yoga studio. This mall slice of Avondale paradise is real hidden gem.
(January 17, 2020, 11:07 am)I was absolutely new to yoga before attending classes here. Every instructor has been very helpful and takes the time to explain different poses and assists me in getting a deeper stretch. It is apparent that they put a lot of effort into creating a relaxing atmosphere which is greatly appreciated when I go there specifically to destress. I highly recommend this studio for those that are looking to start yoga, enjoy a challenging workout, or need a place to escape.
