(October 9, 2022, 10:02 am)It took only one 90 minute class to feel the improvement in my arthritic feet. People are afraid of working out in the heat, but I'm telling you it's magic!! The facility has always been well kept, and now it's updated and renovated and even more beautiful. The community is friendly and encouraging and supportive and this place has become my home away from home.

From traditional 26/2 yoga to the groovy music yoga to the cycle to the Yin, it’s all awesome. Each instructor has their own personality and brings that energy to each class. I truly love it here. Thank you Foundry Avondale! I found my home 😊
(September 19, 2022, 9:04 pm)The Foundry can quickly become your home away from home if you let it. The staff and instructors are so friendly. If you have fitness goals in mind, then the vast array of classes they offer will suit your needs. There is something for everyone at this studio: yoga, cycling, Pilates and barre. If you get a membership to the Avondale location, you can also take advantage at the other studios around the state of Arizona. It is amazing.
(September 5, 2022, 9:37 pm)You couldn't ask for a more supportive fitness environment. The studio is so welcoming, no matter if it's your first time or your 1000th time. The class variety is top notch and the teachers are very skilled, friendly and accessible, They encourage you but always respect where you're at too. There's a lot of laughter and kindness at The Foundry Avondale and you truly feel that they're rooting for your health and well being. Couldn't ask for a better place to practice.
(April 26, 2022, 9:47 pm)I did my first class with Julia, she was so nice and super helpful. She really kept me involved and gave a lot of good tips. She really made me feel welcomed and I will keep coming back. She did a great class and kept us all engaged. The owner Nicole was also super sweet and even gave me a tour. The girl at the front counter was very nice too. I have nothing but good things to say. I will keep coming back and recommend all of my friends.
