As soon as I walked into the office, I was warmly greeted by front office staff, not rushed, and every thing went fine for a quick checkin.

Back office was the same way. The MA's are super nice and efficient. I only had to wait about 5 minutes for Sr. MacCullum to enter the room and I explained the problem I was there for. He listened, was sincere and understood the kind of pain U had, sent me x-rays and saw me very quickly and explained what the problem was in layman's terms. I left relieved I had a solid plan to get repairs and thought "finally someone got it."

Dr Maxwell took his time with me regarding the pain I was experiencing with my shoulder. He answered all my questions. He diagnosed the problem and gave me information to follow up on. I felt very comfortable with him.

Probably the best doctor I’ve had in my whole life. He is so knowledgeable, and caring and he really takes the time to explain what is going on. Even though he is an extremely busy and sought after Dr, ask him all the questions you want and he will never rush you. I had surgery seven days ago on my knee and I’m already walking around my house with no breaks like nothing happened. What a great surgeon

My first visit with OrthoArizona was great! The staff was friendly and helpful. Dr. MacCollum was polite, respectful, and a true professional. He took time to listen to me and develop a treatment plan that works for me. My wait time was minimal and I had no trouble booking my follow-up appointment. I’m so glad I chose this clinic!

Staff is super efficient and very fast. Friendly and very welcoming. At Ortho AZ I have never been in there more then a hour that's with check-in seeing Dr. and checking out. Dr Macollum is a very friendly and will take care of you in a very timely manner. I highly recommend him to other patients.
