The technician came out a few days later (on a Saturday) after the request for an inspection and was wonderful. Kind and sincere as can be, he is the type of person who you just instantly trust. He went extra miles to get rid of the problem.
I called at about 11am and spoke to a very nice gentleman. He promised me someone will be at my office to check the bathroom between 1-3 and they arrived at 2pm just as promised. Work took about 20 min for the guys to repair! Very professional, very nice and the price was amazing! I was expecting to pay a lot more since every time you call someone to an office in the price goes up but for my surprises the price was fair and absolutely reasonable. I will definitely be calling them again when I need any plumbing work.
The plumber did a great job!!! kind, polite and very reasonable. Very good communication and understanding..anyway..he knows what he is doing!
