(December 3, 2019, 1:12 pm)Great customer service. The sales people I met were not pushy or overbearing. I got a great deal on the car i wanted at fair Kelly Blue Book Value. Jessica Chavez took time to research and educate me on how to live healthy and adjust to life without a spleen. I had recently lost it in a bad car accident. This meant a lot to me.She also sent me a very personalized thank you card. You cant go wrong With Enterprise when buying a car.

When I wanted to rent a specific vehicle they went out of their way to make sure I got it. Costumer service, for me has always been great. Thankyou so much, and keep up the great work.
(August 14, 2019, 10:29 am)Overall I like using Enterprise. I will be honest, I was very frustrated this last time I worked with the company.
1. went to one location and the gentleman was great. gave me information about the rate, the cost of drop off fee (not happy, but realize it is what it is).
2. went to another location the next day, gentleman was great. offer a fun car and cost us less to rent verses the car that was offer the day before. explained the drop off fee but also told us the deposit (we were not informed from previous day).
3. went to drop off the car. was not happy when we were told the total cost. we were told we had to pay drop off fee for each day we had the car $300 total, plus the daily rental fee. we were not happy, especially after the long drive from LA. we accepted the fact we had to pay the $150, but to pay $150 a day is beyond ridiculous. I refused to pay $300. I told the gentleman he can work with your Arizona office for the additional $150 you were going to charge me.
