My kids love coming to this place when I’m available. It has become a huge flex for my youngest to bring up his achievement of learning juijutsu.

I was impressed by how friendly and welcoming everyone was, and there’s always someone happy to help if you need it. Information about their membership options is freely given and they’re up front about everything.
These are good people who truly care about what they do, and you can tell that they care about your development too.
They take pride in their space, so the gym is well cared for and clean.

If you're living in West Valley, this is the place to train. Sardinha Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is super welcoming and really down to earth. Amazing staff and classmates.
Whether you're new or advanced, this is the place to grow your skills. The head instructor, Wesclay, really takes his time to show you the techniques. All the assistant coaches do a great job as well. If you're looking for a person growth, self-confidence, and discipline...This is the perfect place. I would highly recommend Sardinha BJJ.

My friend Daniella recommended this gym for my family to try and I regret not coming sooner! My husband, kids and I truly felt welcomed by Professor Wesclay and Paula. The atmosphere is family and community. This gym offers excellent strength and conditioning classes, yoga and even a woman’s BJJ class. I’m starting this BJJ journey at 39 yo it’s out of my comfort zone and I enjoy learning something new here everyday I show up, the Sardinha Squad has been encouraging from day one.
