(September 21, 2019, 9:57 pm)Staff is always friendly they have really good clearance racks. We have done a few of the group clinics, coaches are very nice! Nothing but good things to say about them.
(September 6, 2019, 4:17 pm)I truly cannot say enough great things about this place. Everytime I go in there, everyone is very friendly and helpful. I live in the neighborhood, so having this place so close is a blessing. I use the range quite a bit and love the pro shop and the employees. Recently I went in to have my clubs reshafted and to have the lie angle set. The gentleman who helped me went above and beyond to make sure my setup was correct. I am extremely inexperienced when it comes to this process, so it would have been very easy for them to take advantage of that fact and upsell me on things I didn't need (like A LOT of companies do). You can tell that customer service is a TOP priority here, and I feel like most companies could take some lessons from this place. They have truly earned a customer for life, and I will never shop anywhere else. Their prices for equipment and accessories are extremely competitive, even with online places like Amazon. In fact, I have recently been shopping for a new bag and found that the one that I want is actually less expensive here than Amazon. So once I've got the money for it, I will be buying my next bag from Valley Golf Center. I thank all of the employees for being so kind and patient with me, I truly appreciate it! I will recommend this place to everyone who needs anything related to golf. Your establishment and customer service is TOP NOTCH!
