Stotz Equipment

Saturday, August 13 at 11:40am, just before closing time, I ran in to see if we could match up some gas caps for a blower and trimmer of “Brand X” that they don’t do here. I wish I got the young man’s name because he did a super great job and was not stressed at all with 3 groups of last minute customers. Customers #1 said to help me real quick. We checked the Stihl machines but the gas caps were different than “Brand X”. Parts guy then gave me excellent advice but my trimmer parts list is not on the usual websites so he found and printed me the official parts list and showed me how to search by part number! During this Customer #3 got directions how to look at some sort of new machines. Then it was back to #1 as Customer #4 was parking and about to walk in. All this was only in between 5 to maybe not even 10 minutes. In the past they cross referenced a Echo spark plug to the John Deere number and it worked great! The Parts guy today was humble, professional, very friendly, fast efficient, excellent in his field of expertise and just a cool regular guy. I’ve been going to this store for parts & service for years (almost decades) and meow when I replace my old machines I only buy them here. Between Honda, Deere and Stihl, there is nothing I will ever need that they can’t do! A+++++ BTW, the parts & service showroom is beautiful too with tons of small engine equipment, some big riding mower or small tractor things, tons of Deere toys and accessories, and more. Did I mention free freshly popped corn from an official Johnn Deere popcorn machine?!!! What a great place! Thank you all for the great job.

Omg they helped get all the parts for my ridding lawnmower on a sat and we're so super friendly about out to sat morning parts person!!

Super nice & helpful guys. Was looking for hard to find part, they didn't have , but they are reached ng out to their suppliers. They went above and beyond.. Great customer service.

These are probably the best people in the business to deal with. I bought a wee little E170 lawn tractor but you’d think I bought a 500k piece of farm equipment from the way they treated my wife and I! We had an issue with our newly delivered tractor within a few hours. They dispatched a field service tech the next morning. There was some kind of defect in the engine, so they replaced the entire tractor within 2 days, without hesitation. Received several phone calls from the service manager, sales representative, and I believe the general manager, all of whom apologized profusely! I didn’t think anyone took customer satisfaction seriously anymore, but these folks do! So far, I have 8.2 hours on my E170 and I’m LOVING IT!

These have to be some of the nicest people around. I was getting ready to start my STHIL blower and the cord broke. I called around and no one had technicians available. So I called Stotz and they said come on in. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Willie and he called me by my name and said welcome in. I was surprised that he knew who I was, after all I just spoke to him on the phone 20 minuets prior. He was taking care of a young lady and he cracked a couple of jokes and some other gentleman pointed me to the Service department. I was then greeted by Ray and he asked how could he help. I told him what happened to my blower and he asked how soon did I need it. I told him that I have a yard and sidewalk full of leaves and that I really wanted to get my blower repaired ASAP. He said, “No problem.” He then takes the blower over to a technician named Justin. This guy was really nice as well. He fixed my blower within 10 minuets. I waited a short time for my invoice and I was out there. I highly recommend this place for any of your lawn equipment for tractor needs.
