“To start we had to wait a very long time due to the Dr being in a surgery. We waited over two hours but due to the circumstances we could not reschedule. Once we got back there the NP was awesome. She asked many questions was very engaged and hands on. She checked my foot and did other procedures before the Dr came in. He read her notes and scheduled us an appointment and then we’d follow up with the results. He was kind.”

“Kathy is the most educated individual when it comes to medication management. She has an incredible ability to tweak medication, and evaluate what is needed. We have seen her for the past 3 years. We also understand that her rating is completely inaccurate. She only accepts cash and mostly works in the evening, although she has a secretary who is present in the mornings. She offers appointments via telephone, as well as in person. She does accept insurance. Her rating is low. Patients have received their prescriptions yet failed to pay. When she chose to have to cut their medication out, as they were not paying her; they reacted by damaging her internet ratings. Subsequently, when their medications were discontinued, they chose to write horrid reviews out of anger. Her office is in Avondale. Parking is available, and there is a comfortable waiting room. She has been available in emergencies and truly has an incredible ability to work with children, as well as adults. I would highly recommend her. I hope that my family will never have to deal with a different provider or practitioner. She is excellent!”

“Hadn't been to a dentist in 25 years and was terrified of going because I thought I was going to end up having all my teeth pulled out and replaced with dentures. But my health couldn't wait any longer, things were getting very bad - so I finally went. I am so glad that I did and I'm so glad that I chose AZ Lifetime Dentistry. The entire staff is so sweet and kind and patient. Every appointment I've had has been informative, comfortable and convenient. They definitely take very good care of making sure you're not in any pain during procedures, which is was one of my primary concerns about seeing a dentist. I feel so much better, it was all so much easier than I thought it would be and I didn't even need dentures! Definitely recommend this dentistry!!”

“The staff here is absolutely wonderful! So convenient & extremely affordable for chiropractor care. Let’s be honest maintenance keeps you feeling your best.
