“I called at about 11am and spoke to a very nice gentleman. He promised me someone will be at my office to check the bathroom between 1-3 and they arrived at 2pm just as promised. Work took about 20 min for the guys to repair! Very professional, very nice and the price was amazing! I was expecting to pay a lot more since every time you call someone to an office in the price goes up but for my surprises the price was fair and absolutely reasonable. I will definitely be calling them again when I need any plumbing work.”

“I knew moving to Arizona meant having to deal with the hard water in the desert. I couldn’t get myself to spend thousands of dollars on a water softener. I would just deal with it. But then one of my friends had mentioned Pristine so I figured I’d call them up where they mentioned they have a free quote and consult. A tech came out to the house, even tested the water to show me what kind of minerals and things were in it and really spent the time to teach me about the different options I had. They even offer different models so I wasn’t stuck needing to buy just one type of water softener that maybe wasn’t the best fit for my situation. I’ll tell you that Pristine Water Softeners was great to work with. They clearly know what they’re talking about and directed me in the right direction. “Excellent! Very hard to find good BBQ in Az. This place has it. I've experienced all of the best Texas BBQ there is, and this is the closest thing in West Phoenix there is. The only constructive criticism I might have was the pork ribs were a little tough... But based on the goodness of all the other meats I'll chalk this up to it was just an extra lean rack. Edit: June 2020 - rack of pork ribs was tender juicy delicious! Edit: Feb 2022 - best damn BBQ in town!! It was late in the day, and still everything was tender and juicy! Turkey, best ever! Pulled pork, best ever!”
