I have worked out most of my life but never received true guidance from a health and fitness professional like Alex. After having a few months in which I stopped regularly working out I decided to reach out to Alex and begin a program with her. After just a couple months I noticed a HUGE difference working with her! I don’t think I could have accomplished that progress in 6 months if I tried on my own. I highly recommend Alex for her professionalism, attention to detail, and care to help you hit your goals!

Alex is a wonderful and knowledgeable trainer! She uses tools to make the training experience much more enjoyable and easy. She is on top of weekly checkins and is great at communicating. I mainly hired Alex because she uses the counting macro approach , which is a sustainable way to eat healthy and still enjoy treats.
