(January 9, 2022, 1:18 am)I was tired of being upcharged for just being a customer elsewhere. I have a flawless driving record and just needed a lower rate. (Eric, I believe his name was? Sorry if I'm mistaken!) Was more than helpful. He had me reinsured before we got off the phone. I'm happy to have an agent I can call whenever if necessary. I will gladly bundle when I buy a home in the next year.
Customer service is 10 stars out of 10. Personable and honest. Im happy to be apart of this business and will gladly recommend to friends if the future.
