Ok, so I’ve never had an issue here. Great service, but I have to ask : Why do y’all bother asking how many hot sauce packets we want? I specifically said (4) for our meal for two. We got (46). This is not an exaggeration. FOURTY SIX hot sauce packets. We counted.
5 stars. It's 10 pm. The drive thru is packed.
I'm making my way through just fine. The person on the mic was pleasant, accurate, and cool as fuxk.
Also, low key, made me something not on the menu! Yes sir!
These people are making it happen. Be patient and enjoy!
Best Taco Bell in the area. Great customer service and food always hot and fresh. The few times I've had mistakes on my order they were more than willing to correct it.
This was a visit utilizing coupons from my previous order a couple weeks ago where they took a very long time to get my order out. The young lady who helped me was very courteous and professional, even when the money draw fell of the counter, hit bucket of water, which made water shoot up in the air. Kept her composure and helped me order something different. Order was great and fast.
The other night I stopped by at around 9:25 pm & found the drive through blocked off, but several cars still in it. So I parked & went to the door, to find that the dining room was closed also. (Sign says Open til 10PM). A young (Jacob, I believe) man came to the door to explain that the manager had some sort of a medical emergency & they needed to close the store. I understood & was about to leave, when he asked me if I knew what I was going to order. I told him & he instructed me to "please wait a moment while he checked on something." A couple of minutes later, he came back out with my order in hand. He must've seen the disappointment on my face! I was really looking forward to that burrito! When I asked how I should pay for it (We were out on the patio sidewalk), he said "Don't worry, It's on the house." WOW! He 100% did NOT need to get my order. He could've easily said "Sorry" & shut & relocked the door.
All I can really say, is that his parents raised him right, & his manager trained him right! ...& the Burrito Supreme was perfect! :)
