Over the last few years I've been doing my own deep dive into Chinese medicine and Qigong. This was my first time with acupuncture and fire cupping, so to discover Elena was perfect timing. The energy and atmosphere is relaxing and great. She is very knowledgeable and thorough in finding out what issues (physical and other) are affecting your health, life. My session was excellent and any questions I had were answered. I would highly recommend her.

Elena is a very congenial individual eager to provide the most compassionate care. As a TCM practitioner for over 40 years I have observed the collective skills of many other practitioners and... I tend to be very particular about who I select to manipulate my vital energy. Elena is top notch! I highly recommend her services. Six stars!

I have been having treatments since the beginning of the year. I sought help with stress and a few minor health issue I wanted to get under control using more natural methods (vs. a prescription). Elena takes a holistic approach understanding how the body works and how I impact my outcomes (diet, posture, etc). After treatment I am balanced, relaxed and feeling much healthier than when I walked in. I can def tell when I miss a week.

Elena is an incredible healer who is very passionate about her work. She is an amazing acupuncturist and shares her substantial knowledge of Chinese medicine, herbs, essential oils, and nutrition to help achieve therapeutic goals.

Amazing experience! I’ve done multiple acupuncture and cupping treatments to alleviate my back pain, take away the stress tension and improve circulation. It helps tremendously! My back is so much better and feel nice and relaxed after each treatment like I’ve been on a vacation.
I also did thee sessions of microneedeling. Fist time doing it, so I was a little nervous and skeptical about it. Dr. Elena Nott was super patient explaining each step and making sure I was feeling comfortable during the procedure. I LOVE the results! My skin is much firmer and brighter and my wrinkles are less prominent. This procedure literally takes years off your skin.
As a medical professional I also appreciate the cleanliness and safety of the place and the procedures.
