(September 11, 2022, 7:20 pm)Fast, efficient, knowledgeable! From the check in process all the way to check out- everyone was caring and professional. They took the time to listen, diagnose, and then treat. Dr. Timothy Ryan was knowledgeable and gave options and explanations for treatment. I have always gone to Banner but had to bring a family member to Abrazo- I was quite impressed!
Edit: I would also like thank Deanne and Desirae for the compassion, professionalism, & amazing treatment they gave to my family member.
(August 13, 2022, 11:35 am)My wife is with gastroparesis. Which is a very severe stomach condition. I’ve brought her here to this location multiple times. The service we’ve received has been amazing. This time around Her care team was Dr. Young, nurse Steven, and nurse Jennifer. They worked together amazingly to get her symptoms under control. They genuinely care about the patients. We couldn’t have asked for kinder and compassionate people. So this is a special thank you from my wife and myself to all of you.

I do not remember clearly coming in as I was suffering from heat exhaustion. However, once I was coherent, the care was 5 star. Jennifer O, the nurse, was exemplary, the doctor was busy, but informative, and the admission staff was very friendly.
My dad and brother agreed that this was a very friendly and caring place.
I was surprised to see the 2.7 star rating as it was very much not my experience. You folks were truly awesome toward me.

(June 20, 2022, 4:18 pm)I came here with stroke symptoms. All of the staff were awesome, from the front desk assistant to the nurses, the doctor, the CT tech and the patient assistant. The facility was clean and well-organized. Its great to know that we have such a capable ER facility here in the west valley.
