“Bought my first ever brisket from ACC and smoked it over the 4th of July weekend. I cooked the brisket overnight at 200°F. Then wrapped it in the morning and capped it off at 250°F for the last couple hours of the cook. The meat came out phenomenal. The fat rendered beautifully and infused the meat with so much flavor. My family couldn't get enough of it.I am 100% positive that the quality of the meat from ACC had a large hand in the success of this cook. Keep turning out these high quality cuts!!!!
