(June 20, 2020, 2:35 am)Dr. Ransdell and his Staff are phenomenal! Besides being blind (almost), I encountered an eye issue that became intense. Dr. Ransdell and his entire Staff were professional, kind and caring. His knowledge and patience in explaining possible root causes of problems and discussing solutions is delivered in a kind and calming manner. If you want the “best” — don’t hesitate in calling Custom Eyes!
(March 20, 2018, 7:40 pm)Dr Ransdell is highly skilled in his field. I am a challenging patient for a few reasons, yet he always has a good bedside manner and always offers solutions to improve my vision. He could easily stick with my same prescription and call it a visit, but he chooses to find the best option he can even though it may take some extra time. His staff is very friendly as well.
(September 12, 2016, 7:37 pm)Dr. Ransdell and his staff are the best. He really takes the time with me and my family to help us really understand what's going on with our eyes and our choice of solutions. Great selection of eyewear and bedside manner are second to none.
