“I was born with scoliosis, and I have a shorter right leg among other issues. I have tried every modality out there, and this is the best by far. My back has completely gone out on me before, and I was really close to that when I started SST. After 2 weeks I was almost pain free!! “Love Dr. Mohan- she is very nice and thorough- I would have put 5 stars but I was billed for a visit that never happened- explanation I got was because of Covid they can bill- I never spoke to a doctor or np-only receptionist- I told them it was insurance fraud and they booted me as a patient. Never said I was dissatisfied with my care as their letter stated. Not upset- found new primary and filing complaint with medical board!”

“I’ve been working with Pam on the reformer for the past few months. She is knowledgeable and willing to tailor my program to meet my needs and ability. To date she has introduced mat, reformer, and chair Pilates, combining them into my exercise program. She explains proper form for each exercise, and is a positive and encouraging instructor. Pam has a very engaging personality and makes Pilates fun. Her new studio is great, well equipped, bright, and very clean. I highly recommend Sundial Pilates.”

“Cat is an amazing esthetician. I have never had a skin care treatment as my skin is highly sensitive to most products. Over summer, I developed melasma on my forehead. I tried dark spor corrector and other products that did not help. I went to Cat for RF microneedling and have had great results with both the tone and elasticity in my skin.
