My husband and I just moved to the area and needed a trustworthy automotive repair shop. We haven’t always had amazing experiences, so we were hesitant trying a new place. Wilhelm had amazing reviews, so we decided to try them. So glad we did! Absolutely exceptional service! From the very first call I placed, the person answering the phone was so helpful and friendly! They got me in right away, they fixed my issues, and provided additional perspective of a few issues I wasn’t aware existed. When I said I couldn’t get the extra problems fixed that day, there was ZERO pressure and they simply told me they were here for me when I was ready. Michael B was the one to help us and we have already booked an appointment for my husband’s card, and I’ll be back wirh my car in a few weeks. We are so happy!

Love this shop. I've been a client of them for the past 6 years, and they have always taken care of my vehicles. Susan used to be their chauffeur, but I don't think she's there anymore. Now they call an Uber for their chauffeur service, which is just as convenient.

Their customer service is always amazing, and they are upfront with estimates and updates. They are always happy to work with me to prioritize services based on my financial needs if I can't afford everything recommended. They also have a rewards program, which granted me a significant savings on a later repair! I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a mechanic in the Cave Creek/north Phoenix area.

Once again, we used Wilhelm Automotive to work on one of our vehicles. The air conditioner in our 2007 vehicle was not working. Once again, the service we received at Wilhelm Automotive was excellent. The air conditioner in our vehicle was repaired in a timely manner and at a reasonable cost. I have been taking my truck to them for years and they have always done quality work and been very professional and friendly in all my dealings with them ! What I value about them above all else is their honesty ! My key would not turn in the ignition lock . They tried both keys neither of them worked so instead of replacing the whole part which was $600 they opted to just order a new key and solved the problem. I walked out spending $195 which is a huge difference. I would highly recommend them to anybody !
