“I love love love this place. The management and owners are fantastic and know members by name. There are multiple workout options so you can be in and out in 15 minutes or you can piece together multiple workouts. The infrared saunas are great, I feel incredible after every workout and have experienced very little soreness. The weight room is an added bonus for the extra calorie burn. To have access 24 hours is a great benefit and I love being there in the quiet of the early morning hours. I highly recommend trying it out! It’s addicting.”

“We've been coming to the Beasts/Super Beasts class for several weeks and have really enjoyed our experience here. We have a VERY independent 2.5 year old, Sadie, and Mr. Dan has been nothing short of fantastic. The class offers really good structured activities and instruction, but it's not rigid or inflexible when it comes to the short attention spans of a toddler. Everyone has been super friendly and each week there are new activities and equipment arrangements. Highly recommend!”
