The Grotto Cafe

A 5 minute walk from Villas of Cave Creek, The Grotto could serve us every day! Delicious food and relaxed atmosphere add to the Musical wall decor, which for many of us, takes our minds and hearts back to some of the featured past concerts. Indoor and outdoor dining is available and both are delightful. A true community minded business.

We love this place. EVERYTHING is delicious. Portions are huge: small salads big enough for three. The breakfast burrito is the best I’ve ever had, and that is a tall statement in Arizona. We’ll shaded patio very pleasant. Fast service-don’t be put off by a long line.

Beautiful and really unique area in general and restaurant in particular. You can order your breakfast or lunch at the counter, and they bring it out to your table (indoor our outdoor in a courtyard). They first start serving most lunch options around 10:30a. There are lots of good coffee, tea, craft beer, and other drink options.

There is ample parking. One individual restroom in the courtyard and two indoors.

Spring in the desert on a Sunday afternoon. Hanging on the patio listening to a great acoustic duo. We ordered a beer and a margarita but watched quite a few Bloody Mary's get walked past our table. I ate my go-to chicken salad sandwich. The bread is delicious and really adds to the flavor. We really love the relaxed vibe of this place. Check it out. You'll be glad you did.
