She understands the body so well and her love for yoga as well as her high level teaching skill makes for a wonderful experience every time!

What a sweet spot, for yoga, for community, and for healing. The interior decor and retail section is grounded, soothing and inviting. The owner makes beautiful and unique art and jewelry. The yoga space is clean, orderly and also soothing. The other patrons seemed like regulars (I’m visiting from out of state); they were lovely to practice with, welcoming kind, and genuine. The instructor, Julie, was a practiced professional. Her voice is kind and confident. She invited you to honor your body as she guided us through a delightful series that took us gently and consistently deeper. My eyes were closed most of class but I could tell from her cues that she was mindfully attentive of her class, it felt deeply personal. What a great spot, so glad I found it.

Nicole’s yoga classes are simply amazing. The intensity yet relaxation she provides in the environment is amazing.

Her care for making sure she understands any injuries you are working with is truly amazing as I have never experienced that in a yoga studio.

You truly feel welcome and like family.

The owner Nicole is like no other instructor you have ever experienced. No matter how long you have been practicing and any level you are – her classes are incomparable. Everyone is made to feel welcome whether you are just a drop-in, live here part-time, or are a regular. Her staff of instructors and massage therapists rise to her level and are all highly trained in their fields. Holistic Hollow is an extraordinary yoga facility. Not only are there many talented teachers; there are all different levels and types of classes. There really is something for everyone. But wait, that is not all. Nicole, the owner, has fabulous jewelry for sale along with a wide selection of organic, refillable home supplies. AND, she has massage, acupuncture, and other wellness therapies. I have been taking yoga with Nicole for over 4 years; and, have grown stronger and healthier as a result. I highly recommend Holistic Hollow. Hey, and we patrons are pretty fun and friendly as well.
