Arizona Olympian Gymnastics

My gymnastics career was cultivated as a youth with Lyle Guthrie at Arizona Olypianl gymnastics. Lyle goes the extra mile, to ensure safety,and good solid communication , where the gymnast wont get burnt out or overwhelmed at any level, from beginning to Elite. It’s a shame Serge Klokov had the experience he did with AZOG. Giving the team over there his review of one star is his right, but I don’t think it is a fair one. My two daughters attended AZOG for over four years along with their older brother who attend strength training for two years. I have found the owners, Lyle and Karleen, and their team to always have the kiddos interest at heart. They are well organized and treat you like family, because they are a family run business.

My daughters have moved onto Club Volleyball and Soccer and my son is preparing to play collage soccer. However, Lyle frequently checks-in with my wife and I to find out how the kids are doing in their sports. I will be bringing my two daughters back to AZOG in October 2018 to be part of their Monday night strength class.

I feel having gymnastics as the core foundation is key to competitive sports, however having my two girls stay connected with the AZOG family is equally important!
