This studio is amazing and filled with teachers who have their own authentic and amazing flair. I primarily take C2 classes hosted by Coley, Christian, and Larissa who are all exceptional but recently had my first class with Valerie and she was also outstanding! All of the classes are unique and I always feel like I’m getting a solid workout while taking care of mental health simultaneously. Everyone is so kind and welcoming. Couldn’t recommend this studio enough!

Well.... it's that time of the year where I kick off my annual Google review edits. Update? Yeah CorePower still crushes absolutely every. single. class.... It's the one of the few workouts that pushes my physically, completely distresses me, and sets off a dopamine bomb in my brain. Highly recommend. Worth the price tag. Oh and having structure and working out around others is a huge plus for community.
