Gadzooks Enchiladas and Soup

Love it. They now have two.locations. you choose options you want, prepared in front of you and placed in open fire oven. Continue on to choose the garnishments you want. It is like an enchiladas bar. Potatoes tacos are my favorite. Reasonably priced. Entire family enjoys this business.

The food was really freaking good. We tried the jack potato filling, cornbread, and spinach.
Definitely get the mixed 50/50 corn and flour tortillas, they were so tasty.

The spinach filling was good, but wouldn’t recommend it on the taco, too mushy.

Highly recommend this place. It was surprisingly dead when we went.

They have alcohol too.

Really good food! Select what you want and it goes into an oven. Shortly we have a very good, hot meal that's not your average Mexican fare. Tasty stuff.

Can't stop going!!! I am so grateful to have a location closer than the Phoenix one and Tempe location. The food is consistently delicious and staff always pleasant. Waiting for one to be built in Mesa now. You've got to try their cornbread...mmmm good!
