(March 1, 2020, 2:58 pm)I was locked out of my car and needed a key replacement after leaving mine in another city from a group road trip. I called Diamondback Lock and Key, and they arrived less than 15 minutes after making the phone call. Within thirty minutes, they got in my car and got my keys replaced. They are fast and more convenient than taking your car to the dealership, and the guy who arrived was polite and professional.

(February 19, 2020, 4:57 pm)My niece lost her key to a Moroccan puzzle box and instead of destroying it to get the contents inside the box, we went on a journey to find a replacement key and/or to get the box opened. After 3 different stops and no luck, we stopped at Diamondback Lock and Key. First, let me state the staff was very polite when we walked in. Second, Eran, the technician who came to our aid was friendly and quickly took action on the puzzle box. Within minutes, he had the box opened without any damage! Needless to say, my niece was super excited and I was very pleased and grateful! Eran, thank you for being our hero of the day!
(January 8, 2020, 1:40 am)I snapped my car key clean in two and they were out here super quick to cut a new one. She’s a ‘93 but they had the parts, even threw in a spare just in case. Nice on the phone and walked us through the whole process. Hopefully I won’t need to, but I know exactly who to call if it happens again in the future!
(December 6, 2019, 8:30 pm)Eran came out to my place to make me a spare key for my car. Not only did I get the key at much less than the dealership wanted for the same thing, but I also got a lesson in how these keys are put together, and everything that goes into copying them. Super fascinating! Thank you again Eran!
(November 26, 2019, 9:55 pm)I was very impressed with the service and presentation of the technician Eran who I had dealt with. I needed a key made and programmed for my Jeep Sahara and Eran did a fantastic job of helping me. He was very courteous, knowledgeable and was really good about finding me in the random parking lot I was at and very quick about it too. I am very pleased with the professional service and cost. Well done Eran!!! And well done Diamondback Lock and Key!!! Thank you
