  The ladies at Options are absolutely wonderful. They walk you through step by step all of your available plans and choices. They remember you by name and greet you warmly each time you come in. They are all very supportive of the journey and I’ve lost almost 70lbs since May! If you are struggling with weight loss, big or small, you should stop in for a consult. You won’t be sorry!!

  I have lost 38 lbs on this system! I didn’t believe in it at first because I have tried everything else with little success. I loosely followed the eating plan, and only took one appetite suppressant a day, and worked out 5 days a week. I began to see results in the first week! Extra benefits: My blood pressure is down without pills, and no more acid reflux, and more energy! If you want better health, this is the place that will get you there!   I had excellent results from the Phase I food plan. I moved into next phase after I lost 19 pounds. The Inbody test I take weekly shows me results immediately and the counselors are right there to guide me to the resuts I'm personally looking for. Also, I love the I food it doesn't taste like diet food which is very rewarding. It's a great on the go snack! The ladies in the office are very professional, they care about my results and there's so many different option's to get the results you're looking for. I've told many people if they want direct but very supportive help with their goals to go there.

  They explained several weight loss options for me and many are very affordable. I had already lost weight on my own and didn’t want so full on program but just some shots and possibly appetite suppressants. Staff is always super nice, has a lot of information and ready to support. Highly recommend.
