Salad and Go

This place is always great, I go here for lunch pretty regularly, but this last Wednesday made me want to write a review. There was a huge back up of mobile orders and new orders, the customer at the walk up window said she's been waiting 20 min. I'm not sure what's going on because this place is so fast.

Come to find out, there screens went down and they have no orders. The girl at the window was very nice, I informed her that I needed to get to work so I couldn't wait and I could just contact them to get my money back. She said if it's simple I can make it real quick. She threw it together within a min and told me to have a great day. Very nice and helpful the whole time.

I'm in the industry and I know how difficult it can be to give great service when everything is going wrong. The people here are awesome.

I go to Salad and Gos across the east valley once or twice a month. I went to this location for the first time today and it's the best one I've been to!! Their dressing was the best consistency out of all the locations, usually it's really watery and here it was actually emulsified like a vinaigrette should be. Absolutely loaded with toppings, not a single boring bite. Arnold Palmer was delicious. And finally,, great, quick service. This will be my new go to location!!

My entire family loves this place. I go here at least once a week to either get a slap or wrap. But don’t forget about their breakfast burritos with that fresh salsa. Not to mention all of their drinks and iced coffee too! Do yourself a favor and order with the app. It is ready when you arrive and they even have a special lane for you.

Ate at this place a couple times this week while I was visiting a client site. You can order food online and it’s ready for pickup within 5 mins. The Buffalo chicken is amazing. Recommend adding it to the Summer Crunch salad which includes pickles and crunchy onions (not pictured). Also recommend the Cucumber Basil Lemonade. Very cool and refreshing especially during the summer time. What’s most amazing about this place is the price - salad and drink for $7! Cannot beat that!
