Not only did she explain everything I needed to know about the storage unit I needed, she was extremely down to earth and genuine. She made me feel like she cared about my situation and talked to me like a person instead of someone just trying to make a sale.

(February 25, 2020, 11:21 am)Editing my review from 10+ months ago where I gave them 5 stars, but I want to thank Sandy for going above and beyond with her customer service. We were moving storage units to a place closer to our home, and while my husband ran home to unload and come back to pick up the second load, Sandy waited with me for 15+ minutes after her shift ended so I would not have to wait alone. I was very thankful as I felt a little nervous about waiting alone (safety in numbers!). I would have never asked that of her, but she didn't hesitate to offer and I think that speaks volumes- No matter who I deal with at this location they are always so helpful and go the extra mile. Even though I am no longer a customer, I will always recommend CubeSmart!
