(March 7, 2020, 10:03 am)What a great fish Fry! We went for the first time this Friday. They hand batter their fish nightly. The batter was perfectly cooked, fresh, not soggy. Fries were also tasty, and I love that they use different fryers for the fish, so you don't get any of that cross contamination taste from the fries or vice versa.
You can tell they use good quality fish and it shows. The place was packed! We sat on the patio, which overlooked the driving range. There were some young kids working on their swings, and we got to watch the Valparaiso upset Loyola on a large TV, under a warm heater (for the wife).
Truly a great experience, can't wait to go back.
(March 7, 2020, 9:51 am)New restaurant opened up at Springfield Golf Resort. Their new chef has some delicious options! I had the Green Chili Pork which was outstanding...one of the best in the valley! I also had the Cuban, which is a staple order for me when I see it on the menu. This one was fantastic. The mustard was exceptionally good. They had a nice selection of adult beverages to choose from and our server was super friendly!
We will definitely be back!
(October 15, 2019, 6:36 pm)The restaurant has updated the decor. They have a new menu and specials every Friday night The food I have eaten has been very good. I would recommend people to give them a try.
(January 27, 2018, 11:31 am)Breakfast is great and very well priced. Staff is awesome and very friendly. They strive to improve your experience. Friday fish fry is the way to go. Delicious fried cod.
