“I had knee surgery in March. I was told I had to have physical therapy. I am not the most active person, so I was kinda dreading this. The first day I met the team and worked with a student named Esther. She was very attentive to me and my injury. I was apparently very responsive to the treatment and made a quick recovery. Leslie took her time with me and it quickly became obvious that she genuinely cares about what's best for the patient. I could tell she actually went through my long medical history from my previous doc - I know that should be standard but we all know it's not. I left my previous doc feeling lost and disheartened. It became apparent that my decision to leave and go to Advanced Pain was the right one. Only wish I left the other doc sooner. Leslie had new ideas and a "we-won't-stop-trying" attitude. It literally brought me to tears. I left feeling like a dog with two tails knowing relief is still a possibility and Leslie is in my corner. Hope is huge!”
