(July 16, 2018, 2:04 am)I had pain on a bicuspid. Forever Smiles took me in on a Friday , fifteen minutes before close. Dr. Souza began my root canal that day. Pain was gone. Finished up the next week. Attached the crown two weeks later. Excellent work. Candice and Jewelz were great too! Thank you.
(July 2, 2017, 1:56 pm)The staff at Forever Smiles on Warner Road go out of their way to make my experience stress free. That's saying a lot about dental work---one of the most anxiety inducing experiences we humans should endure every six months.
Just this Friday i called the office in a panic needing antibiotics to waylay a full blown tooth infection over the extended holiday weekend. Thankfully Sharon answered. She called in the meds to my travel destination thus quelling pain and suffering.
Candace is another bright and cheerful person who assists in scheduling and managing my dental care. She truly listens to ny concerns and does her best to address them. Once when I was worried about getting too many dental ex-rays, she let me know that she had received copies from another provider and would not need to run more at the office. It would have been easier to ignore my concern, forget it, and simply take more ex-rays the next appointment.
These are only two of many kindnesses that Forever Smiles has given me, and I could go on about reminder calls at home and follow up calls after particularly intensive crown retrofitting.
