Excellent experience! Upon arrival at the repair facility in Chandler, Sabrina the receptionist and greeter, was very welcoming, kind and personable. Everything was well organized regarding service. Very prompt regarding timing and completion of service. Chris the installer was professional and courteous and friendly. Chris performed a perfect installation. SafePro facility is very customer oriented and provides a comfortable and clean wait room. The snacks and beverages are complimentary. I appreciate the thoughtfulness. They also took care of all the Insurance paperwork. Other installers I have used cannot compare to this SafePro. Best glass replacement I have ever had.

Darius and his father Kurt were incredibly helpful and friendly. The customer service was great from start to finish. They take care of all of the communication for payment with the insurance company, which is a huge help. They squeezed me in the same day I called because I needed a windshield replacement right away. The replacement was timely and well done. When they realized I was checking my windshield wipers, they offered a free replacement since mine were broken. They have great warranties on their products an take time to make sure everything is perfect for you! Highly recommend!

Amazing customer service, very knowledgeable, friendly staff! I had a terrific experience from the first phone call with Doug all the way through. Shout out to Sabrina and the Customer Service manager who were also amazing! Made me feel right at home and that I was in excellent hands. Ricky did a great job on my windshield replacement and the warranty is as long as own the car including any future chips I get in the windshield! I could not be happier, thanks to all of you!
