Drove up without calling ahead, the wait was minimal. They were very informative and didn't use my ignorance about the vehicle to their advantage. Sam was very friendly and explained everything they had to offer as well as everything they were about to do. They were thorough and worked together to assist their customers. Great customer service, and the entire process took probably 15 minutes. I am very impressed and will be coming back for air filters next week. I'm used to going to a competitor, and although the other place does great work, this Valvoline has the extra bonus of great customer service and I will be using this as my preferred spot from now on. Thank you guys for your awesome work, that's hard to come by these days, Keep it up!

So today, I went and had an oil change and AC charge. Upon arriving, the computers weren’t working due to the heat, but the guys on staff offered me a Gatorade if I wanted to wait and proceeded to drive my car in as I went into their facility to stay cool. It took a little longer than I had planned but over all my experience was great. They also gave me a discount on my services so that was a plus too. Great customer service today guys! Much appreciated.

I had a great experience. I went in for a 90 minute session, which was definitely needed. The massage targeted the points that were giving me the most discomfort. The owner, Kiamesha, and her staff are warm and welcoming. She gave a tour of the facility and outlined all the services offered to her clients. I appreciate one of the services offered are different classes to help promote women’s wellness.

Awesome experience. Was very relaxing. They even have childcare with a camera so you can have peace of mind during your message. Rates are Awesome. Check them out. My husband came in for a couples message. It was so nice and what we needed.

I love this place so much. The staff are kind, thoughtful, and make me feel like I am part of a beautiful sisterhood. The space itself is clean, organized, and has enough window space to allow the perfect amount of sunlight. I recommend everybody to this place!
