Almost a decade of living with migraines, Fibromyalgia, Sciatic nerve injury, and so many side effects from all the medication I could barely function. I found Dr. Ruinard through Groupon not expecting anything different from other acupuncture treatments I had in the past. I was wrong, after my first visit I was amazed at how great I felt. This motivated me to look at the bigger picture and approach my health in a different way. Dr. Ruinard is not just an acupuncturist, she evaluates your overall health, not just present, but lifelong health both physical and mental. I walked in to her office 5 months ago barely able to walk, sleep, and suffering from horrible migraines. I now have a new lease on life. I can move, I can sleep, I am now going on 40 days migraine and headache free! Along with excersise, nutrition, natural supplements, and treatment from Dr. Ruinard, I have been able to get off all my medications and weaning off my last one. Dr. Ruinard was kind enough to make time to work on my neck during the Christmas holidays. I was visiting from out of town and had 2 out of the 3 suggested appointments. My stay ended and didn’t have time for the 3rd office visit. I could actually drive back to New Mexico in comfort and have little to no pain even now. Thank you for being so kind and willing to work me into your busy schedule.
