Dr Scott Hatfield is a great doctor. He listens to your concerns & answers questions without being rushed. The staff is wonderful!

Whenever I need to go to Hatfield group on Greenfield and Brown, all of the young ladies and gentlemen are so helpful and sweet. I saw Matthew Parker and he listens to me just like Dr. David Hatfield did years ago when i went to the Stapley location. I LOVE the Hatfield staff and will always be a patient here. Thank you for your professionalism and kindness that is so refreshing!

I have been with Hatfied Medical for years and I absolutely love it. Appointments are available either the same day or the next. They are so caring and considerate especially if you are 65 or older. They have a program where somebody from the office checks on you periodically to see if you need anything like RX refills or a call back from your provider. I highly recommend this Group located in Chandler and Mesa!

I saw a specialist at another office for a surgical consult on a Tuesday morning. I had to get approval from my primary care, Hatfield Medical, along with an EKG, blood work and a chest x-ray before surgery could be scheduled. I stopped into Hatfield on my way home and asked the front desk when the earliest appointment time would be to see Dr. Hatfield. She was very friendly and made the appointment for the following afternoon, which was Wednesday. Hatfield did the EKG and blood work in their office and sent me to Simon Med for the x-ray. By Thursday all results were in and Hatfield forwarded all the info to the surgical specialist, who contacted me on Friday afternoon to schedule my surgery. I don’t think I’ve ever had so much cooperation and coordination between medical offices run so smoothly. Very satisfied with the level of care provided by Hatfield!

We have been going to Hatfield office for about eight years now. Every part of this office is remarkably efficient. From the front desk where all who work there are very cordial. We see Lori Burk as our primary NP. She is always pleasant and listens well. She takes good care of us. We give this office a FIVE STAR RATING. Also the office is clean and bright.
