(February 12, 2015, 3:53 pm)Lopez Jiu Jitsu is the best Brazilian Jiu Jitsu and Mixed Martial Arts training program available in the valley. Technique is broken down into unparalleled detail. I have trained at a handful of facilities and would recommend program above the rest no contest. I have friends that trained only for a brief time with Master Lopez and remember his instructions with detail. It's life changing self defense, the best cardio/core workout and one of the most rewarding sports I have ever done. I recommend without hesitation.
(August 10, 2012, 10:10 am)Lopez Martial Arts is the place to go for unmatched instruction in Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Korean Martial Arts, MMA/Kickboxing. If you're looking for self defense, sport/competition or even weight loss look no where else. Classes are taught by the most professional instructor you'll find in the state, Master Chris Lopez. His approach to teaching and attention to detail can not duplicated. In the few years I've trained under him I've personally lost over 50lbs and have made significant life improvements mainly from the influence his school provides. The enjoyment I find training here is now shared by my wife, my 18 yr old son, my 7 yr old son as well as my 13 yr old daughter. Stop in and check it out. The first class will get you hooked. See you on the mats.
