Her knowledge of her profession, honesty and dedication we're very refreshing. I am so thankful that we ultimately decided to do so. She stayed very accessible through the whole process, as I had many questions going through this process for the first time. We signed our contract with NextView and had our one and only offer in on our home by the following week. Our first offer was accepted and we were homeowners just over a month later. Every bit of this experience was brand new to us. Thanks to our entire realtor team, we were well informed, comfortable, and confident through the entire process. Tia also referred us to our lender which was was the best thing ever, our rates were phenomenal! I definitely recommend Tia and NextView Home professionals to anyone seeking a realtor. The team at Next View took great care of us! The referral of Fabie from our loan officer was honestly what got us in our home! Fabie really went above and beyond to take care of my fiance and I.
