We Are Airstream Chandler

We received 5 star customer service at We Are Airstream Chandler. There were several items to be fixed including our steps on our 2015 Flying Cloud. Everything was fixed and I learned a few things from the service people about the operation of our trailer.
We would definitely come back if we need service on our Airstream in the future.

AMAZING customer service, we brought our Airstream in for warranty work on a Saturday with no appointment and they helped us right away. John (service tech) was very passionate about the work he was doing and also gave me some tips and tricks.

Overall amazing experience

Bought my trailer back in May, had a pleasant purchase experience! After a 6,080 mi. trip this summer. I had my first service drop off in Aug. due to some manufacturing issues, not road derived issues… fairly minor, and had a very pleasant experience today.
This is the six RV I have used, rented or owned and overall Airstreams are definitely better then the alternatives.
You get what you pay for with Airstream!

We have had a couple of occasions to have our Airstream serviced at We Are Airstream (formerly Airstream of Scottsdale). Our service advisor, Melissa Gates, is simply top notch. Great communicator and knowledgeable about Airstreams. Even in these tough supply chain times she is making a positive difference for her clients.
