My husband and I worked with Cory Whyte to sell our old house and buy a new one. I have had some bad experiences with property management companies in the past. I almost always rent directly from an owner but I wasn’t able to find a house in time and was forced to use a property management company for the first time in 5+ years. I have to say that my experiance with Ryan Rentals has been absolutely game changing for me. They are amazing. They are super friendly, patient, responsive, extremely easy to work with and they go out of their way to make sure that anything needing doing gets done. My AC went out during the summer and every repair company was booked solid for several days and they immediately put me and my fiancé up into a hotel (which they paid for) until the AC was fixed 2 days later. Every single issue I’ve had they respond to immediately. The owners of the house love abroad and travel a lot so dealing directly with the owners would be difficult. Ryan Rentals and their team are always available even for the smallest things regardless of the owners availability. Because of my experiance with this property management company I no longer have the same attitude I did about renting through property management companies. These guys are always on top of their game and are a pleasure to rent from. I highly recommend them to anyone wanting to rent in and around Phoenix. Seriously A++++ rating for these guys!
