  Service was friendly. Their waiting area is small and feels crowded with only 1 or 2 people waiting. It's also very stuffy inside. Good overall service though.

  This location is a shining example of what customer service should be. Matt didn't have lift big enough to handle my 14K lb truck, so he made a call to another location he knew could. Showed up to that Firestone, got me right in no waiting, job done quickly and right. Awesome. The Firestone on Crimson Rd should take some pointers on how to run a shop fr Matt and Crystal.
