This young lady Kayla is so ambitious I wouldn’t be surprised if there were Kastle Blak Fitness centers all over the world one day. When you train with Kayla you really feel that you are being trained by someone who genuinely cares for you. She is always there for you anytime during the day if you have any questions. She wants you to text her a picture of everything you eat. She is totally Committed to you and helping you reach your fitness goals. She is the sweetest and kindest person you will ever meet but when it comes to pushing out those last few reps on the leg press machine she is there to inspire you. I’m 50 years old. I’ve had a lot of personal trainers in my life, but Kayla gave me the best workouts I’ve ever had. I would highly recommend Kayla at Kastle Blak Fitness to help you with your fitness goals and get you in tip top shape!
Highly recommend. Especially great at scaling correct exercises for whole body without injury. Precise tracking of those routines so I don't have to count on myself to recall and track. Always challenging without overdoing. This senior aporeciates that.
Kayla is the best trainer! I have seen her help my dad tremendously this year. He is dedicated and consistent because of her great coaching. He is so strong, eats extremely well, and extremely fit. My dad is in better shape than me and twice my age! Thanks Kayla for giving my dad the tools to be healthy, fit, confident, and motivated to take care of himself, especially since he had major heart surgery a few years ago! We are so grateful for you!
Kayla is nothing short of amazing! She is professional, knowledgeable, encouraging, and she truly cares. Kayla takes the time to learn about her clients and their fitness goals, and then she puts together a custom plan tailored specifically for them with not only workouts in the gym, but meal plans and exercises for non-gym days to keep you motivated and on track. She is tough and will hold you accountable, but she's also kind and supportive. I am so grateful for Kayla, and I highly recommend her to anyone and everyone!
I have been working with Kayla since November and she is a great combination of supportive but tough! She focuses on mind, body and nutrition. She has a comprehensive workout plan in and out of the gym, as well as, a nutrition program to accompany them.
My strength has immensely improved. The workouts are definitely challenging and frequently change, looking very different from each other. She respects your body and ability, making modifications to help avoid injury with high emphasis on proper technique. My muscles started having great definition and I do not tire easily anymore. She works with all levels, ages and experiences. I would strongly recommend her to anyone.
