(June 13, 2023, 4:17 pm)My daughter trains here for part of her work out regimen for cheer. It is challenging in all the right ways. She seems to enjoy it because she never complains. I can see that she is getting stronger both mentally and physically by applying herself at this gym!
(February 27, 2023, 8:09 pm)I love this place. I show up, work out, and get back home in an hour. I don't have to think about my workout or plan anything, everything is ready to go. The staff is excellent. They are friendly and help make sure I'm getting the most from my workout.
(August 4, 2022, 11:06 am)Great atmosphere and coaches at this gym. Workouts are tough but I like the team atmosphere and encouragement from the coaches. It is only 45 minutes of your time which is more than enough. I love how the cardio classes change each time so that it does not get boring.
(November 13, 2021, 8:38 am)These workouts are so fun and challenging! It’s all set up so you don’t have to think about it. You just show up and do the work. The trainers are awesome. They provide coaching needed for form, and also the push of encouragement you need to get the most from yourself. Great group of peers. Highly recommend.
(June 1, 2021, 3:41 pm)The workouts are fast paced, effective, and always different. I love that you can get in and out in 45 minutes! The coaches are high quality. They have a ton of experience and make sure you are using proper form and getting the most out of each and every workout. This location also hosts community events which are fun to attend. Just a great group to be a part of! Would recommend to anyone!
