Southeast Valley Gastroenterology

I had a very good experience with Southeast Valley Gastroenterology. I was greeted on the way in (as is protocol at many offices now), by a very nice and efficient woman. I was also treated by the office and medical staff very nicely and professionally. Follow up calls and information were also very timely and understandable. I knew exactly what to expect. A great experience overall. I would highly recommend them for this type of medical service.

This was my first visit to this facility. Easy trip to here and all the front of the house employees were very pleasant. Appointment time was right on with getting me into a exam room. Speedy process. Dr. Y Patel was awesome from the start and probably the most friendliest male doctor that I have ever had. Super knowledgeable and great personality.

Kelly Coleman, PA-C spent a long time with me, going over my condition and offering helpful information. She spent time before I saw her, reading my entire history from the hospital, and addressed every aspect for my future care. I am more than satisfied with the attention and concern that she offered..

My experience was very positive. I always felt as I was being taken care of by highly professionals from the time I entered the door until I left. You entire organizational set up was very smooth and made me very comfortable. Each of your nurses or their assistants and your anesthesiologist were very caring, their handoff to their next person went smoothly. Dr. Bracket was my third gastrointestinal MD that I had seen in the last few years and he was the first Dr who actually listened to me and what I thought and what ideas I might have about my care. I really appreciated that about him and his care for me throughout.

My personal experience with SEVG was as always professional. There is almost never a time that I must wait. The facility is always neat and welcoming as is the staff. Especially the medical staff. They remove your concerns quickly and have you feeling relaxed. Concerns of this type are more personal and they take care to make you comfortable. Best place to go in Arizona.
