Leo Celaya is the best! My recent new car purchase was the most stress free car buying experience I've ever had. Leo was straightforward from the beginning and treated me with respect. He worked to get me the trade in value I needed as well as new purchase price I was looking for. If you are in the market for a car, seek out Leo. You won't be disappointed.
We came here twice. The first time was to test drive the car that I wanted. I was still driving my very first car, a 2008 Toyota Yaris. It was such a reliable little car and I wanted to upgrade to the 2020 version. Our sales rep, Nacho, was very nice and helpful. We made it clear that we were there to only test drive the vehicle and not buy, but one of the sales managers was a bit pushy. He gave us an extremely low price that was honestly hard to walk away from. (I work in vehicle financing so I knew exactly what I was expecting to pay and they beat that.) They also offered us a lot more for our trade-in than what it was worth. We still walked away and promised that we’d be back if the vehicle was still available.
We made an appointment with Nacho for the next week and purchased the car. They honored the low price and we had no problems using our own financing. We got through the paperwork fairly quickly and they weren’t too pushy on offering the extended warranty.
What impressed me the most is that a few weeks after the purchase, Nacho called thanking us for our business and made sure that I liked the vehicle. He also sent a letter in the mail again thanking us. I’ve never received that kind of customer service from a dealership and it was very impressive.
I've bought several Toyota vehicles in my life but have never felt compelled to write a review. However, my experience with Big Two was so positive I decided I must.
I traded in my 2010 Toyota Tacoma for a new 2020 Toyota Tacoma Sport. The salesman (Luke) that I had initially contacted was off the day I came in but he arranged for me to work directly with the Sales Manager, Dalton. He was fantastic, polite, made sure I got the truck I wanted (genuinely) and no heavy pressure - exactly the car buying experience I've always wanted but this was a first for me.
1) Got the exact amount I thought I would get for my trade (that's never happened before). My 2010 Tacoma retained more than half its value after 10 years and that's never happened before either.
2) Got me the options that were important to me without over-spending.
3) Added equipment that didn't come standard with the truck I bought without adding a bunch of stuff I didn't want.
4) Gave me a great price up-front without having to do the back and forth haggle that all of us hate with a passion.
After taking the truck home, the Covid-19 lockdown hit. I was supposed to get leather seats and a home-link mirror added but had to cancel my appointment. Alysia, told me to call or email when I was ready to have the work done so I waited a month. I contacted Alysia again and she made everything easy for me - a completely contact-less experience and she even delivered the truck back to my driveway when the work was done. She was efficient, pleasant and professional in every interaction I had with her.
This is the first vehicle I've purchased from Big Two. It' been the best buying experience I've had by far.
Josh hopper was awesome! Extremely professional and took extra care of my truck. I just bought and older 4runner with a v8 and the truck had some issues I had no idea how to deal with. I wanted the best service and quality of mechanics to take care of my baby and that is exactly what happened! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND to see Josh Hopper in service and thank you to the guys in the shop.
