(November 22, 2020, 5:00 pm)Bought a fridge last week and when we got it to our clinic, unfortunately the door was damaged. Called and the lady was super nice and advised to return for an exchange. Brought the fridge back and the super nice gentleman helped us unload it and actually just replaced the door right on the spot. So rad! Didn't have to wait for the replacement or anything. Great customer service and super personable staff. Not sure about these other reviews or their experiences. Mine was fantastic. I mean, bummer the fridge's door was damaged from the manufacture but the staff at this location were exceptional in helping to resolve the issue.
(October 3, 2020, 1:16 pm)We had the pleasure of working with the manager, it was a wonderful experience. We were moving into a house that didn’t have fridge and as you know trying to get one is difficult during these Covid times... It was our first time needing to purchase a big appliance and He helped us find what was what we wanted and in our budget and we were able to get it delivered just in time for our move!
He was friendly, informative, and respectful:) We will be going back for any future appliance needs!
